Are your products for human use?

No. All products sold on this website are for laboratory and analytical research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, cosmetic application, or household use. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

Can I ask a question before ordering?

Yes. Contact us with the product name, SKU, and your question before checkout. We can help with order, payment, account, delivery, and listing questions, but we do not provide dosing, administration, or protocol advice.

How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account. Complete payment through our secure MoonPay checkout to confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments processed securely through MoonPay. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Card payments may appear on your statement in a format associated with our payment processor.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account, view order history at My Account. Guest customers can use our Order Tracking page with your order number and billing email address. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

What is your returns policy?

Due to the research nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. We will accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. Can you help with reconstitution or research protocols?

No. We do not provide guidelines, dosing information, reconstitution instructions, or application advice. Customers are expected to be qualified researchers familiar with the materials they purchase and applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.

How should I store research peptides?

Store freeze-dried materials sealed, away from light and moisture. Short-term storage is typically at 2–8°C (refrigerated); longer-term storage is often at −20°C (frozen). Let cold vials reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation. Handle using standard laboratory practices for research chemicals. We do not distribute consumption or administration guidance.

Why does a small vial look nearly empty?

Research quantities such as 5 mg or 10 mg are physically very small and may appear as a thin film or small disc at the bottom of a standard laboratory vial. This is normal. Weighing a vial on a general-purpose balance is not a reliable way to verify peptide mass at these quantities because the vial, stopper, and seal contribute far more to total weight than the active material.

Are research peptides legal to purchase in the UK?

Research peptides are generally legal to buy and possess in the UK for legitimate laboratory research purposes when supplied and used appropriately. Laws differ by country and intended use. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and use comply with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. We currently ship to the UK and EU only.

Do you sell pre-blended peptide combinations?

No. Materials are sold as individual compounds. If your study requires multiple peptides, order each product separately and manage any combination steps according to your own qualified laboratory protocols.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. Single-item orders are welcome and processed the same as larger orders. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union only. Wider international shipping is not available at launch while cold-delivery options and country-specific legality are reviewed.

How do I contact customer support?
